• We will call or text you if you prefer to communicate by phone.
• Your information is safe with us.  It is not shared, and we do not send unsolicited emails.

Ship the easy and safe way.

• Use Two Day Priority Flat Rate Shipping through the U.S. Postal Service. The Post Office provides sturdy shipping boxes for free. Rates are inexpensive, especially because cost is not determined by weight.  Everything is tracked.  UPS and FedEx are also used by many of our customers.
• Include your name, address, telephone number and mailing address.

• All packages are delivered to our front counter.  Nothing is left unattended.

We keep in touch with you.

• Upon receipt of your project, we call you to discuss the details of your project, and to get your approval to proceed.
• We will give an idea when you can expect the work to be finished.  Most projects take two to four weeks to complete, but this can vary due to the difficulty of the work and the time of the year.
• We email you an Invoice confirming receipt of your project and the estimated cost.

When the work is finished

• We call and notify you.
• We send you an final invoice and a method to pay either by phone or securely online. Upon payment, we ship the completed project and your materials back to you.
